Vikingarännet on Sunday from Skarholmen to Alvik

Vikingarännet takes place on Sunday 19th February, from Skarholmen (Uppsala) to Alvik (Stockholm).

Buy a starting place at Vasagatan 14, opposite Stockholm Central station on Saturday 18th February from 10 am to 2 pm. Sunday 19th February, you can buy a starting place at the start in Skarholmen from 7 am. The start closes 10 am.

If you already purchased a starting place: Pick up your number label at the above places and times.

Start in Skarholmen, Uppsala

Vikingarännet will start in Skarholmen, Uppsala and finish in Alvik.

You can still buy a starting place, Saturday 18th February, Vasagatan 14, Stockholm Tourist Centre, opposite Central Station, 10 am – 2 pm.

On Sunday, at the start in Skarholmen, from 7 am.

At midnight between Tuesday and Wednesday, registration on our website closes.

You can still sign up for Vikingarännet on Saturday 18th February, at Stockholm Tourist Centre,Vasagatan 14, opposite Stockholm central station, between 10 am and 2 pm. Here you can also pick up your number label, upon showing your proof of entry number. This will be sent out the next couple of days.

Sunday 19th February you can sign up at the start from 7 am and pick up your number label.

Latest Thursday, we will decide on the direction of the race.

Uppsala town sponsors of the competition class

Uppsala town is the sponsor of the prizes in Vikingarännet’s competition class. SEK 30.000 is shared by the three first skaters in the men and women competition. Finish is in Alvik, but if the wind changes to a strong south wind, the race will be turned around and finish in Skarholmen, Uppsala. Uppsala town will greet the winners with diplomas and prize cheques.
